Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail at support@juliamlifestyles.com with photos of the wrong product.

  • EXCHANGE:

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: support@juliamlifestyles.com. We will process the free exchange.

  • CHANGE OF MIND:

Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

  • CANCEL THE ORDER:

We usually ship the orders immediately,

Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately will send a involve participation by the processing department but we will not guarantee that you will always return the order once you received the product.

** All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it is going to take up to 4 days to reflect in your checking account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
