HOW TO USE
It is not peel and stick decals. You need to use the transfer paper to stick it. Transfer paper is reusable and is together with the wall quote decal in the package. Please do it following the instructions
1.Choose a smooth,clean and dry surface. Peel the stickers from the sheet one by one.
2.Position the adhesive on a plane surface without pressing them, so that it lets possibility to withdraw them and reposition again, if needed.
3.If the result is satisfactory for you,stick firmly to the surface pressing the air bubbles outwards.
4.If you have bubbles,take a needle to bore them.

Order changes:
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item not received:
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at support@juliamlifestyles.com.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take 3-5 days to be there. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 7-9 days. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life as well. As such, the only times we can’t deliver are Sundays and Public Holidays.

Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: support@juliamlifestyles.com. We will process the free exchange.

• CHANGE OF MIND:

Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

• CANCEL THE ORDER:
